BLT (Bacon Lettuce Tomato) Sandwich

  • -1 tomato
  • -1 avocado
  • -8 thick bacon rashers
  • -20g butter , , a few iceberg salad leaves, Pepper
  • -4 sandwich bread slices
  • -4 tbsp mayonnaise "à l’ancienne"
  • -A few iceberg salad leaves
  • -Pepper
BLT (Bacon Lettuce Tomato) Sandwich

  1. 1Cut the tomato into slices. Halve the avocado, destone, peel and cut into slices.
  2. 2Fry the bacon in a dry frying without adding any grease until browned. Put on a plate and set aside.
  3. 3Put 5g butter in the pan used for the bacon and fry a bread slice in it until browned and crispy on both sides. Repeat with the remaining three slices.
  4. 4Lay the bread slices out in front of you and generously spread them with mayonnaise. Top two of the slices with iceberg salad, tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Season with pepper, then top with the second bread slice to form a sandwich.
  5. 5Cut in halves and serve immediately.
